Policy Details

1. No Refunds for Completed Services: Once service delivery has begun, the payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Services In Progress: If your service is currently being worked on, refund requests will not be accepted.

3. Cancellation Before Start: Cancellation requests may only be considered if the service has not yet begun. Please contact us as soon as possible.

4. Technical Issues: In cases where technical issues on our end prevent service delivery, we will consider each case individually.

5. Agreement to Terms: By completing your purchase, you agree to all terms stated above.
